Word or Phrase	Core the apple
What it means	Remove the middle bit with the pips in it. You can cut the apple in half from top to bottom and then cut out the middle bit, or use a special apple corer that looks like a tube with a handle on the top. Rest it over the apple and push down hard so it cuts right through the apple and removes the core.
